Which is the worst software for video editing? Empty Which is the worst software for video editing?

Well, there is quite a list of them. Some of them can be used for something, while others are just plain awful.

Inshot: Not really the editing software you would expect. You only have one layer for the image/video, unlike most editing software, and no option to undo/redo. The only good part about it has to be the apparent lack of watermarks(even though some of my projects had it) and the small library of effects that you can use.

Filmora X: A giant scam. Even though it has cool transitions and effects, it has the tendency to slow down and even crash when the timeline gets too big, lacks keyframes for both images/videos and the volume, gives you a giant watermark when you export using the free version, unlike editors like Kinemaster and Powerdirector, and also plays your videos at a very low quality. The company behind it is extremely scummy, as, whenever you look up a different editor like Hitfilm or Openshot, the first search result you get is an ad for Filmora, claiming to be the software you are looking for. Not only that, but they have also lied about having the ability to add volume keyframes and tweened animation which, as stated before, do not exist. It is also extremely overpriced. Must definitely be avoided.

Windows movie maker 2012: We all know what Wmm is like: same as Inshot, it only has one layer for the image/video, the others being reserved for the text and audio. It is pretty straightforward, as even a 9 year old could easily figure out how to make a little slideshow with it. Unlike other similar editors, though, it does let you have your images be 0.03–0.1 seconds long, which is good if you wanna make animations. Besides its basic interface, not everything is perfect: it supports very few file types and tends to mess around with your images, so, if you use it to put your animation frames together, some of them might be missing. Not only that, but it also lacks an extremely basic function: you cannot crop your files.

Windows movie maker 6.0: It is extremely similar to 2012, except for the fact that it has more effects, lets you add more than one effect per image/video and has a timeline. But, at the same time, it only allows you to export at 4:3 with a pretty low quality and tends to lag. Only good for a nostalgia reliever.

Adobe premiere rush: It is just a fancier and more advanced version of Windows movie maker, yet it wants you to pay 11 dollars a month(even though you can just record your video and crop it). The mobile version also tends to lag and has even made my phone restart a couple of times.

Filmorago: The mobile version of Filmora is not any better. The only good thing that comes out of it is decent transitions and themes, but nothing else. If your device cannot crop videos from the gallery, you could use it for that though, as the watermark only appears at the end of the video(even though i have seen instances of it being in the video too.

These are just a few bad editors I can think of, there could obviously be more, but this list should be enough.
